It never did cross the road, some idiot saw it on the pavement and insisted they help it cross over the other side, the chicken said if you do pal I will splatter you with eggs now sod off and leave me to my chicken run will you.

It got into a drug deal gone bad. His dealer's paranoid friend came running at him with a bat and the chicken decided to get out of there. He was cornered with his back to the road and took a risk.

the chicken just smoked some good w*** and was freaken out and thought he saw a big hairy guy chasin him with a knife so he ran across the road and when he got there he had the munches like crazy so found this giant mount of chicken feed and ate it all
