Are you kidding me? I can't believe you are questioning yourself on this. She is a theif that you caught red handed. Call the police and get her locked up. Its larceny. If you don't do it, she'll do it to someone else. Since it seems like you aren't too concerned with the money, someone else might benefit from you getting a low life like that off the street.
The real question is...how long has she been stealing from people close to those she should care about. If you don't turn her in, someone else could get ripped off.
Please call the cops and turn her in!

Tell your buddy. Turn her in to the police.
If this is her character, you're doing your friend a service by getting such a horrible low woman out of his life.

Do yourself and your buddy a favor and report her to the police!!! You can call it what you want... larceny... theft... burglary... the fact still remains that the b i t c h STOLE from you for almost $5,000!!! Ask your buddy if he's missing money and has mysterious charges... I ain't saying she's a gold-digger; naw, she's just a straight-up crack-ho!

Tell your buddy about it first and see how he handles the situation. If you are worried about affecting your friendship with your buddy, don't report to the police until you've informed him about the girlfriend's act first.

Without doubt, you should report her to the Police. This is a criminal act. She will become worse if you don't report her now. For the sake of your buddy and yourself, you have to report her.

What the hell were you doing with $800 in your wallet? Take all the merchandise she bought and return it for the money.

That would be a hell of a lot of money to be out, plus is this the kind of woman you'd like your friend to be with? What will she steal from him? I think she needs to be reported and dealt with asap.
