Each passing moment alters us in subtle but permanent ways. So no.

I would echo DieselWeisel's (Sp?) comment above with a minor clarification:
On Change: "How now, can we not turn a blind eye towards minor offenses, when Capital Crimes, chewed swallowed and digested appear before us?"
On Continuity: "Oh how consistently counseled by such noble advisors and terrible with constant resolution; for this is a stem of that mighty oak which taunted us in our oh so recent past."
Each day brings change. The question is, does that change make you better, more capable ?

That is what I am afraid of. I strive to continue learning and growing as a person. If I find myself returning to old thoughts or patterns of behavior I question why.

All eight of us? Oh, we're always the same. Except for Mary. She keeps trying to talk for us. And then there's Alice.
