everyone thinks revenge is the only answer to problems..if they had at least one minute to think about giving peace a chance between the argument then there wouldn't be any more quarreling...

1. give the other person a chance to explain
2. working together is better than hating each other
3. is pain more powerful than friendship? nope
4. life at war is life wasted
5. peace is what will make our nations better, not war

Give peace a chance means....to stop looking 'outside' for answers. It means to go 'inside' with intention of seeking MORE than who you are. It means 'stop' the ambling thought that crusades through your mind and to simply BE in silence.
PEACE is the absence of thought.

People who use that phrase are a bit naive, assuming that it never occurred to those in charge to NOT fight. I think that, by and large, statesmen and generals are well aware of the horrors of war, and don't rush into it without exhausting all other options first....
