Yes they have toilet paper but sometimes you have to pay for it in public toilets. The toilets are far cleaner in France then in the US. I have seen some of the dirtiest toilets in the US and have been to places like Thailand and Afghanistan so that is saying something. Being clean like you Americans isn't exactly holding them to a very high standard.
Maybe you shouldn't go if you are going to ask questions like that. You are the reason that Americans get a bad rap when they travel. You don't even seem to know that the "France language" is French and that American is not a language, you speak English although not very well obviously.
It scares me when people like you get passports.
Actually I think your a fake. Where are you really from?

Is this a wind-up question? Yes, they have proper toilets and toilet paper in France. Yes, the French are clean. Would you like if a French person came on here and said "Are Americans clean?"
To ask where the toilet is you say
où est la toilette ?(Pronounced oooh eh la toilette)

RE:
Do they have toilet paper in France?
I'm going on vacation to Paris France. And I want to know if the French are clean like us Americans.
Do they have proper toilets?
And how do I say.'Where is the rest room' in France language? Is it the same as the American?

Of course they do! What on earth gave the idea that they didn't? And yes, they have proper toilets. I don't recall how to ask where the restroom is in French, although there are literally hundreds of websites and books with rudimentary travel phrases like that; but in Paris you can usually just ask in English, and they'll understand you. Paris gets quite a few English-speaking visitors, after all.

Yes there is toilet paper. You may have to pay to use public restrooms, but they are very clean. It is a stereotype that French people are not clean. They are usually very clean. But..it is not a sterotype that they are rude. You will find that many French people will not be very friendly, even to fellow Europeans let alone Americans. So be prepared. Having said that, many young French people are very polite. Just don't ask stupid questions or word them like you worded the one that we are answering. To ask where a rest room is say, Escusez-moi, ou est la toilet?

Of course they have toilet paper! But just be aware that you have to pay a small fee to use the public restrooms. That is because they are some of the cleanest public restrooms I have ever seen, and the small fee pays for maintenance. So make sure you carry some change. If you want to ask someone where you can find a bathroom, say, "Excusez- moi. Ou est-ce que je pourrais trouver la toilette?" Pronunciation: ex-kyu-zay mwa. Oo eska jeuh pooray troovay la twalett?)

Bonjour ! quelles questions !!!!!
I'm French, live in France and in my whole life, I have never missed to find toilet paper ! I hope you are just joking !!
French people are very clean !
Where I live, I never meet anyone who is not decent !
And our toilets are proper too !
There was a time, many decades ago when it was not so !
But now, let me reassure you ! everything is OK in my country !
To ask for the toilets : s'il-vous-plait ! pouvez-vous me dire où sont les toilettes !
We are also very polite and always say Bonjour before asking anything to anyone you just met or when you enter somewhere, shop, hotel etc..... !
And thank you is : MERCI !
AU REVOIR ! bon voyage !

I hope you will educate yourself before you go to France or you will have a very rough time there. The French are among the most civilised people in the world. No European country lacks proper toilets and all Europeans have toilet paper. Why do you call a toilet a rest room anyway? What a stupid euphemism. Luckily I realise that not all Americans are as ignorant as you are. You ask how to ask for a toilet in France. Well, of course they speak French there. Also, there is no 'American' language as you rely on English, albeit a bastardised version.
Try 'Ou sont les toilettes, s'il vous plait?' if you need to go to the toilet and please try not to offend people with your foolish ideas.
