U have to put this in perspective i. e. it differs all over. In the Middle East there isn't much difference between Saudi, Kuwait and Iran - all vile countries, totally corrupt, arrogant and ruled by religious fanatics! In Asia North Korea may seem at the top of the tree, but given encouragement, I'm inclined to think it would welcome what China is gradually evolving! Pakistan is a dark horse along with Russia and their Presidents are to be warry of! In the UK, Blair has sold it to insurgent muslims and terrorist groups, uneducated western bloc immigrants and every kind of vermin outcast from other countries that legally or otherwise gets into the UK and made all the more welcome with every conceivable hand-out u can think of!
