What an interesting question:
1. Say 10 times to yourself with determination that you will get up early in the morning.
2. Fix Alarm in Alarm Clock
3. Put beside your bed an open diary where you write the works to be undertaken in morning.
4. Keep besides your bed everything ready : as your tooth burs, Towel, shoes, morning dress if any and List of reasons why you should get up early in morning.
5. Ask your family members to wake up you.
6. If possible ask your spouse/mother or servant to wake up you with a cup of nice Tea.
7. Fix alarm in your Mobile
8. Fix your TV/Radio sothat they could automatically switch on in early morning
9. Fix your AC so that it stop working one hour before early morning
10. Still if these methods do not work, punish yourself daily for not getting up early i.e. washing clothes, clearning house or observe no-TV day or go on foot to your school.
11. Visit Religious place such as Temple, etc. and request God to forgive you.
12. Ask your friend to remind you through phone, if you have any such friend.
I hope these are the some measures which will help you to get early. There is one proverb: Early to bed and early to rise Makes a man healthy wealthy and wise. Well, you should always allow yourself at least eight hours sleep. So to get up at 5:30, you need to be in bed by 9:30, otherwise it will be really hard. Then you just have to have your alarm clock really loud, and putting it on the other side of the room is a really good idea. Make sure it's on buzz, and not the radio otherwise you'll just lie there listening to it.
Once you get into the rythm it gets easier.

That sucks. Why do you have to be there so early? Maybe you could go to bed at least 30 minutes early. And try to get one of those alarms that gently awakens you and gradually makes the room brighter. Make sure you eat breakfast, even a bowl of cereal is better than nothing. People who eat breakfast perform better throughout the day than those who skip it.
On the weekend try to go to bed and wake up at the same time, even though that's not much fun. Most people sleep more on the weekends, but your body cannot make up for lost sleep, nor can it store up the benefits of sleep for the rest of the week to make up for what you don't get.

The average person needs about 8 ours of sleep any less and your body will suffer. You also need to get those 8 hours in all at once, none of that here and there crap. Your body will force you to rest if it needs more sleep that why you feel sleepy or you cant get up.
Your body actually kind of keeps count of how much sleep you have missed and will try to get it any way possible. So my advice to you is on the week end wake up really late so your body can catch up. Also don't drink alot of coffee or crap with caffeine in it. That crap can some time not let your body go into deep sleep, the kind of sleep that you really need.

Put lovely musical note (something which u love) in ur Mobile Phone as Alarm on Snooze mode and keep the Cell Near pillow works very well :)
Most Imp go to bed early latest by 11 pm, to go to bed early read a magazine or a book anything that interests you, you can also Chant or pray it makes u sleep peacefully :)

Set a radio alarm, with a talk-show or the news, to go off 10 mind before you need to get up, you'll find you wake gradually and learn something at the same time!

ask ur mum to throw a bucket of water on u...
well u should make an effort to get up by urself...
also u could use an alarm clock... get up every
morning and go for a walk... if u like walking
in the morning then u would wake up early
or may be u could go to bed early n wake up early...

Get a puzzle alarm clock... the puzzle pieces pop out of the alarm when it goes off.. you then have to put the puzzle back to turn it off.... There are a whoel range of these cool and weird alarm clocks...

dear friend,
do the following -
1. put alarm clock.
2. program your mind when you go to bed to sleep to get up at the time you want to get up.
hammer in your mind that " Yes I will get up exactly at 5 am" (whatever time you select).
3 repeat giving instructions to mind for 4-5 days and you will see after some days you will be habituated to get up at exactly the time you wanted. you wont need alarm clock then.
be positive have self faith. think to win always.
