I'll recommend this book I read by Lionel Shriver - We Need to talk about Kevin. It's soulwrenching and shocking. A very well written deeply moving novel about a mother dealing with her son who murdered his classmates and other shocking events.

I reccommend a recipie, tuna and cheese spicy pasta:
Take thick tomato sauce, add tuna, onion and Tabasco sauce with some oregano, heat and stir until it is boiling, then add thinly sliced cheese (semi is best) and stir until the cheese has almost melted into the sauce, then pour onto your pasta and voilá!
I also reccommend these lighters you can buy with a little torch one the other end. Really useful even if you don't smoke. It's a very bright little torch, and you've got the lighter too.
