No, he should not die. Rowling has said she did not kill him off, but that someone "central" will die. At least you-know-who, because the prophecy said . . . well, you know, you are a fan.
But I think one of the students will probably also die. Maybe even Ron or Hermione, but I would rather it be Malfoy.

WTF? What does "should Harry die in Book 7?" have to do with your apparent expertise in Potter trivia?
No- I don't think he should die in Book 7- that would be just wrong- He's the Boy Who Lived... He's a very talented young wizard, very powerful. I think all he needs to kick Voldemort's a-- is.. duh- one more year of training!
My suggestion (although the book is probably at least rough draft by now)-- Harry accidentally catches Voldy "with his pants down," kills him, gets appointed as head Auror, marries Ginny, and lives happily ever after.

He should. so that the ending would be different if compared to other movies. often movies today, good guys live, bad guys die, as simple as that. Im hoping for a unique ending for this series.
