I would assume sometime next year. Perhaps by the end of 2007, that is, based on the time gaps between the other books. The book will probably be named something like Harry Potter and the Final Horcrux, like the previous answerer said.

Haha. It's imposible to know. I'm not sure if JkR has even finished writing it yet. I guess it'd be late next year or early 2008. I've not idea what the name will be, but just to be cliche: Harry Potter and the Green Flame. xP
