The more experience is certainly better. It is always good to have experience before getting your master's simply because it will MUCH easier. And for resume's-sake, employers will be very impressed because of the level experience that you have. One to two years of experience is certainly good. Alot of people have this notion of doing master's straight out of undergrad, because they are ready to get it over with. That maybe ideal, however, you will be lost in what the prof talks about, relating real life stories to the chapters. Get yourself prepared as much as you can, and salary wise it will be very nice, after you receive your credentials. Best wishes and God Bless

Get your masters ..you'll have waay too many years to work after you do it, and it'll always be harder to go back to school later in life.
