yes you can touch the sky and the earth at the same time
In some cities it is very very foggy Fog is just the sky saying hi to the earth "giggles" Here is some info on fog!
Remember once you are in the fog bend over and touch the earth honey! have you ever been to san fransico? This is a great place to touch the earth and the sky at the same time!

sure why not, you just put one hand in the sky and the other one on the earth. Or hold with one hand with dirt in it, up to the sky.

as long as you can touch either the earth or the sky, even if it is not at the same time, you can do it if u stretch ur hands
