Toatlly both. They both were legends. My dad has every album of 2pac and i no alot of songs by 2pac. He was a legend. But B.I.G. was also a legend. It doesn,t matter wether biggie was poor or rich person as he grew up. The piont is he was a legend as a rapper not as a child hood boy! They are both original and they both were one of the best rappers in the world.

2pac definatly. Biggie was a fake. He used to rap about things he didnt know about, he says he grew up in the ghetto but he chose to hang round there. 2pac spoke about what he knew while biggie went to a private school and his mum was a well paid teacher.

I can't believe no one else has realised this but they were actually the same person. Biggie was 2pac in a fat suit you fools. Look at the evidence- have you ever seen them both in the same room at the same time? and they're both dead. What more proof do you need?

this is a very tough question but it depends on the what and individual looks for in an entertainer! they both were great music legenda but as for mii mehn.........OUTLAWZ for life!! 2pac was better cuz he came outt of the gutta first!! so it made biggie look lyk a copycat which isnt cool!
