First, if you can run an antivirus scan, do so. If you don't have one loaded (and you should think about getting one) go to this link below.

It will perform a free scan. Once the trojan is removed, then you can change your homepage.
In the Tools menu up top, go to Internet Options...
Under the General tab, you'll see three sections, Home Page, Temporary Internet Files, and History. Under the Home Page section, simply type your new address and hit OK at the bottom.
You're finished!
