my mother is right. all men are same they cant think beyond what they know. if ur ife's heart is good and if she loves you then u shouldnt divorce her at all. u can find many beautifull faces but not pure and beautifull heart. dont leave her!!!

It seems you dont know the Indian Marriage Act. How can you think of giving divorse to your wife because she is not beautiful or sexy after 2 years of your marriage. Marriage is done to follow the tradition of living together and keep your progeny going ahead. A man needs a woman and a woman needs a man to leave a life which is full of ups and down beside satisfying sexual needs of each other. It is the society which has created certain rules by which social bonds are maintained .
I am surprised that you dare to ask such question in an open foram like this.
Please take my advise and for god sake forget about getting divorse . You wan't get it.

The relationship of husband and wife does not depend upon the beauty or sex.It is purely a love and affection.Ofcource sex is an essential part of your bonding, but that should be an essence.
If now after two years you are realising that your wife is not beautyful and sexy then make her to look attractive by makeups or dressing in an attractive way.
YOU MAY NOT GET DIVORCE ON THIS BASIS OFCOURCE.
Even if get it, then you might realise the same thing after the second marriage too.
So please dont get into these mess.You can enjoy life only when you compromise on certein things.So forget about all these things and enjoy life.

No. U cannot divorce her on the frivolous grounds of not being a beauty or sexy. Why this ugly thought came to yr mind after 2 yrs of marriage and not before getting married? If you try to file yr case on this ground, she will sue you of mental cruelty, may be start living alone and eat half of your earnings as alimony. Hindu Marriage Act is very specific on this issue. You can only divorce your wife on the grounds of physical & mental cruelty, infidelity etc. Moreover, you must recognize the institution of marriage does not survive on external beaty. Try to find out inner beauty and positive aspects of yr wife. You will certainly live happily married if u recognize her inner beauty.

I dont know whether your marriage is an arranged one or love marriage. Marriage is not about physical relationship, its much beyond that. Having sex with your wife comes as bonus in marriage. I am unsure whether you'd sex with other girls before your marriage and by this time, you must have known anything and everything about sex.
I am not sure about your age and the present frame of mind. I dont know your nationality.
Across the world, marriage bonds a man and a woman to enjoy life together and to propogate their generation.
The term "beautiful or sexy" are relative and changes with one's taste. What you consider beautiful at young age may not be so when you get older.
Life is all about living with people you love or like. Marriage gives a legal dimension to this bond only when you love a girl or woman. Hence you'd loved your wife when you got married with her. Love doesn't occur only when your girl is beautiful. Males get sexual urge when they see damsel/s, that's not love. When your heart skips a beat when you meet a girl, when you want to be with her all your life, when you enjoy talking to her, share your thoughts, finds happiness by being with her is love. Sex is by-product of love. Love is a relationship.
My advise to you is first try to find love in your wife. If it's non existant then look for alternatives. But first try to differentiate between sex and love. If you start giving love to your wife, you'll start to find a beauty even if she's physically unattractive.

These people are wrong, don't listen to them.
Marriage is based on an emotional, romantic, AND physical love. There are many people out there that are very much in love with their spouse even though they don't look how they used to.
Physical love is usually (but not always) automatic when you have the other two types of love. It's all in how you, and only you, view your partner.
You HAVE to be physically attracted to your spouse.
YOU have to be physically attracted to your spouse.
But.... from the sound of it you don't have any of these types of love for this woman or else you wouldn't be contemplating divorce so quickly. Let her go and find someone that will love her the way she deserves to be loved and you do the same.

She did not marry u to get divorced in 2 yrs!! she deserves more... love her... if u show your love for her and appreciate her then may be she changes her appearance for u... Supposing you divorce her and get married again and the new women walks out on u after a year saying the same thing, how would you feel ? Please wake up this is no excuse specially for an Indian.

You can divorce for almost any reason you choose.
The question is can you honestly say this is the best thing or the
moral thing to do.Do you still love this person?If not then I would say yes,but if you still love her then I wouldn't.
It may be more than you feeling your wife isn't attractive.
Before you jump to the notion of divorce I would make sure this is really what you want.

Checkout your concepts of beautifulness on sexuality again. You have wake up today after 2 years n going to make her life spoil. You dont have this right at all. And what do you think of yourself are you very sexy n handsome?? I dont think so caz more importance is to your soul not thse outer things.
