We are finite beings living in an infinite universe, only a infinitesimal portion of which we can see clearly. The very tools we use to interpret this small fraction (the mind and its constructs) are themselves both limited and flawed in that they arose from cold quantum process that within itself is contradictory. Only on a gross level can a scientific theory or concept be complete. Contradiction and failure are the stepping stones that drive us to greater understanding. Keep an open mind and learn to distrust it. Nothing in this universe is cast in stone----nothing.

Cause all sort of unscientific nonsense get in the way of the science.
science come from knowledge, omniscience is the one that knows everything...
So usually "think deeper" means involve things that we don't really know.
When it come to science, stick to the thinks we know, eventually science should include everything that we can know, but not more.
