I hate to use an answer which a dozen people have already selected, but it is 'Johnny B Goode'.

I have a George Thorogood live recording of this song where he introduces it as 'The National Anthem Of Rock And Roll' and if there's ever been a song which deserves that title, it's this one.

(Even though at least 30% of Chuck Berry's songs open with a variation of that riff : )
