They have an accent, which is always exotic. They are from Viking blood, which means plenty of blondes. Like a guy answered earlier, they are now free to express themselves in ways that were previously restricted. They young free market economy gives them much to play with and experiment with.

They're more free and more in Present Time, after what they have been through for
40 Years of Communism! They are unburdened from Middle Class mannerisms!

Also, my friend said thatsome american women are snobbish, he said russian women are simpler. Russian women are content with little. They are not problematic as someone said.
