It doesn't meant anything. Everybody have their own secret so I believe that we can't force our other half to answer their personal question to us if they don't wish to do so. What we should do is to respect their decision and lend them a listening ear when they wish to tell us their personal question.
So I think you have to be patience and not be suspicious of your other half

If it's a personal question, everyone have the right to choose whether to answer or not, including the other half.

she's hidding something try to act smart and u'll have the answer dont OVER REACT.for the time being dont talk about this topic,say after a month while talking u slide this and u'll how easily she'll tell u the truth.the more u'll want her to answer now the more she wont.its human nature

everyone is entitled to some privacy, even married couples.
somethings are better not known and best kept a secret. it maybe harmless but not to everyone?
if it dont affect the relationship and does no harm, why wanting to know it? as they say " whatever you dont know, wont hurt you".
