Take a balanced diet and do quite a lot of excersises daily or go on for Gym . Drink lots and lots of water everyday so that U and Ur face looks fresh. Eat some raw fruits and vegetables.This may improve Ur skin and also makes ur skin 2 look beautiful.

first of all don't forget 2 make your skin clean enough from dust, then clean your skin before go 2 the bed, make over your skin with bleaching ways in the skin specialist at least once in 3 months, after that drinking at least 8 glasses water a day, and dont forget to eat vitamin c. That's all...

You are either very lucky and are born with beautiful skin, or you have to work at it. Look at your mother, if she ages beautifully and has lovely skin, the chances are you will. It doesnt mean dont look after your skin. The younger you start the better. It is mostly genetic. Also drink you 1,5 to 2l of water a day, cleanse and moisturize with the correct creams for winter and summer.

Make sure you drink plenty of good quality water. 3 litres per day. stay away from chocolate, eat yogurt good natural. you will only have skin as good as the water you wash in.most British water has bleach in it, and use plenty of aloe Vera best is F.L.P. use the first product then moisturiser

avoid deep fried items, fat.
avoid too hot/ too cold climate.
use mild soap
walk 2 - km in morning.
Keep ur mind fresh.

you will get beatiful skin

Healthy diet and drink loads of water. Also do not use harsh chemical cleansers on your skin and wear as little make-up as possible.

drink lemon & honey water
include fruits in the morning breakfast......
include 1 large bowl of salads in lunch n dinner......
lots n lots of water...

do the above ur skin will glow....
u dont even have to excercise.....avoid sweets n oily stuff...this will spoil ur skin...avoid direct sun rays
practise this for 1 month n find ur skin glowing...
