I'm Italian and a chef, I prefer cheese sauces with mushrooms, garlic that sort of thing. I can cook pasta with anything. Pesto is good too.

in case you like prefer to do it cajun kind, saute the fowl in some blackening spice, and then toss it with the pasta and sauce. I make a similar dish with shrimp besides. continuously seems properly.
