Have a serious talk with your brother ASAP. Tell him what she's said and/or done, but try to be sensitive cuz this will prolly hurt him some. Avoid being alone with her anywhere for any reason. You'll need to take action soon before she gets any stupid ideas about setting you up to take the blame.

buy a camera, small ones i suggest or big it don't matter. Set them up and let her make the move on you as she's been doing recently push her away as much as you can, make her leave, when she does show the video to your brother and he'll handle it accodingly.

Love your brother enough to tell him what is going on...maybe for you go and tell him..you might want to record her when she's coming on to you. so, that way he'll believe you.
