Very simple. Take interest while a person is talking to you, make it an interactive session, then you dont need to do anything. It will happen autometically. Unless you take interest on someone's speech no one will be interested in your speech. To influence a person you need to follow positive NO. Like if you want to say NO dont say NO directly say if I would have been in your place I would have done this.

people get influenced by themselves...we dont have to try hard..only a good personality and good presentation skill is necessary .just be urself...one should be natural...
