A proper question would be 'When will the world get freedom from the United states of America'?

The native americans are no longer "forced" to live on reservations. Those that still do choose to do so. And many are starting to open casinos and are becoming rich and are able to buy as much land as they like.

I'd say perhaps the native americans will get the best of us yet by just buying all the land back one piece at a time (and good for them if they succeed!)

You need to reask the question.
Who in America wants Freedom for all?
I would think a country wide poll would show less then half do. Most could care less. Now, I think most Americans want everyone to be free, to have a roof over their heads, food, etc. but the reality is a sizable portion os the USofA population is lacking these things, much less the rest of the world.

Corporate America (The ones with power, cash, lobbiest) will only push for incentives that give back profits. Theres no profit in giving land back to the Native Americans, so it'll never happen.

The American Governement (I'm being careful not to say Americans in case I offend) can't possibly believe in freedom for all. If they did, they wouldn't be complaining about other religions (and not just the terrorist parts of those religions), because other religions should be free to beleive what they like, as long as they don't try to impose their beliefs on others. Plus they only let Native Americans live in Casinos...

The thing that's always got me about the American Government is their opposition to terrorists, when they were apparently pretty much funding Sinn Fein right up until 9/11.

By the way, can't believe you said Abo's - how offensive is that? :-)

PS. sorry for the slightly off topic rant!

Hey, try South Africa, where land is being redistributed back to the indigenous peoples, through Government reform. Here we call it land claims, where basically, if your tribe lived on lands before the white settlers came & took them, you can now regester a claim to get the land back.
Maybe, the US wants to give Manhatten back to the Native Americans for a few trading beads??

The present Administration believes that Democratic Countries
will supress the Terrorists. Therefore the more Democracies there are - the less room to wiggle for the Terrorists. Watch out Saudi Arabia!!!!

They're not forced to live on the land. They can live anywhere they want. How do you propose we give them back land? Ultimately, almost every single inch of land on this earth belonged to someone else before other people took it. We can't correct every wrong ever made. Canada would have to give back the land too, and we'd have to give back land to Mexico. It's not realistic. Native Americans have the same rights everyone else does in this country, and then a little more. The government gives them money for being Native American and they are allowed to do build and own things on their reservations, such as gambling and casinos, that other Americans cannot build and own.

The sad truth is that the USA doesn't want freedom for all.

They want all the freedom for all of the 'right' people.

Of course, this does not apply to the American people. Only her corrupt government.

The government of the USA wants freedom only for those who agree with her. Those who do not agree with her, the government of the USA wants to 'liberate' and that liberation is VERY costly in human life.

It is time that the people of the USA hold her government to the fire and insist on true representation.

The usa does'nt practice what it preaches, if it wanted freedom for all it wouldnt keep its own poor people supressed and in poverty.
The u.s just want as much controll and power as it can, thats what the whole freedom blurb has been about, if it wants freedom then everybody should be treated as equals by the u.s and all the servaliance on it's societ and others would be eased up.

Can i just say

'Live Forever'

Because they are paranoid delusional with a warped sense of humour. they care more abut invading other countries to sort out problems they ave caused instead of dealing with their own issues at home. Besides it is run by middle class, middle aged white men...not exactly a representative government is it.
