Thor has been missing and assumed dead for about two years. Marvel is currently in the process of bringing him back to action but the current Thor in the Civil War comic is just a clone that Reed "Mister Fantastic" Richards made with Tony Starks help.

Wouldn't you be if he was gone for two years? Of course this one is kind of a clone/temp. Still, it was pretty freaking awesome when he did. I was irritated they killed him/MIA'd him in the first place.
But now everybody can relax again knowing their favorite Superhero/Norse God is back in action!
