That is very simple to do, however it is time consuming depending on how many charge offs, etc. that you have. You simply clean up your credit.
Have you not seen signs and advertisements that want to clean your credit up for you? They charge up to 5000.00 and the simple fact of the matter is you can do it yourself with a book of stamps, a computer to write letters, and some envelopes. It will cost you about 20.00, again depending on how many creditors you have.
Drop me an e-mail and I will tell you how to get it done, it will take about 60 to 90 days, even though a friend of mine had me do hers for her and it only took a month, but she had very few accounts, most of hers were Medical,

pay off all bad debt listed
dont apply for lots of new credit.
get one credit card-even if its secured at first and make small purchases and pay the card off every month- at least pay on time.

Pay off what you owe - make arrangements and stick to them - don't apply for any more credit.
