How do I develop a delivery business for grocery stores?

How do I present grocery stores with the idea of delivering their food? Customers unable to grocery shop, ie. elderly, disabled, busy people, etc. And how do I make money doing this? I live in a smaller town, approx 20K. Since I'm disabled, do I approach them personally? Do I send flyers to the stores, etc. And how much do I pay my drivers, while still producting a profit? What pitfalls do I need to watch out for? Who do I talk to that is making a success doing the same thing?

No use sending flyers to the stores . You need to go and speak to the manager/owners.
Do some market research first, talk to the customers.
