Not too sure what your event is but I'm assuming that it's an opening or launch ceremony. So I shall use the words 开幕仪式 to refer to opening ceremony. This is how I would phrase it:

1) 希望您能在贵报刊上/ 杂志上发表有关开幕仪式的宣传资料。

2)新闻发布会/ 开幕仪式的报导

3)我们热忱的邀请您出席开幕仪式的任何一天的节目, 
并乐意为助您在报导仪式方面提供任何有关资料及协助。
(In Mandarin, it may sound a little odd to say inviting the reporter to COVER the event... Hence I've translated it to "We warmly welcome you to attend any day's programme during the launch, and would be glad to assist you in any way by providing relevant information to aid your coverage of the event.)

4)希望能在仪式上与您见面。谢谢。

Are you drafting a media invite to an event? in any case, the translation I've provided has some extra stuff just to make it more appropriate and polite. Hope it helps.
