Great question. My favorite Monkee is Mike Nesmith. I like a lot a Monkees songs, but especially the ones he wrote. He is my favorite Monkee because of those songs . . oh, and because of his lips!!
I have never thought of Davy Jones as being similar to Dudley Moore, but maybe some Davy fans do.

Seriously, saw Davy Jones in a production of GREASE [on stage] some years ago. He still looked pretty damn jump-able... at least to the gals in the audience.

once up on a time there lived a monkey. it is mirth /cunning /try to spoil others time by her/his monkey acts.
one day when playing & jumping from one tree to another , saw a barber passing through. monkey climbed down & asked just to ask, to remove the throne in the foot. barber looked found nothing , since it is , monkey ,unable to curse for ate of time, smiled & went.
