ewwwwwwww- everyone has em- especially hotels. Vacuum the bed, then steam clean it- both sides, allow it to dry, then douse it with Lysol. that's what we do. there is also special- expensive spray

Cover yourself with hot sauce before you get into be, I hear they don't like spicy food.
