change the nap time and make it shorter and do lots of activitys during the day so when it comes to bed time the child will be wore out and ready to sleep

hey gal take this from an aunty of four just give the babe a nice warm bath with some johnnson babe bed time bath (lavender) and then give them a feed have a cuddle with them and walla if that dont work mail me i have much more where that came from

dun let bb drink too much before sleep
