According to the BBC website and Wikipedia, Richard is at Leeds General Infirmary (LGI) as it has a specialist neurological unit. Which, sadly, suggests a serious head injury. The address is:
Leeds General Infirmary
Great George Street,
Leeds,
West Yorkshire,
LS1 3EX.
Thanks for the suggestion, I may well send one mysef. I do hope he recovers, I feel for his wife and daughters. :(

Firstly, to Mona UK - the question was where can he SEND a card for Richard Hammond, not where can he BUY one!!!
And in answer to your question; Richard Hammond is currently in a hospital in Leeds, but there are only two hospitals that I can find the addresses for;
Leeds General Infirmary, Great George St, Leeds, LS1 3EX
The Nuffield Hospital - 2 Leighton St, Leeds, LS1 3EB
You're best off sending a card to the hospital, because Top Gear is based at BBC Television Centre in London, and Richard is in Leeds with his wife currently at his bedside (according to all the latest news reports).

i can see "yeah well's" point ...richard Hammond could end up with thousands of cards turning up at the hospital from fans (who will open all the cards? will they even be allowed in the hospital what with MRSA ?), perhaps something should be set up which would allow people to show that they are thinking of him and his family and at the same time provide something to help the situation. I'm not sure what, though... perhaps we could come up with some ideas and get something done?

Always do what you feel is right, send a card show your support.
Maybe theres a website you can post your support and thoughts on??? I have to say I was contemplating the same idea of sending a card. Its his poor family that are in my thoughts too.

you can send an e-mail through the top gear website, it is probably the best way to send best wishes, I'm going to do it now!
