Depends... I guess if you are very charming, attractive, have a good personality, sense of humor, are kind caring and loving, considerate, friendly and all them things and you throw them in the direction of someone who is like minded then yes I guess you could say you made them fall in love with you... but hey, if you are trying to make someone fall in love with you who doesn't seem that interested then basically, you are flogging a dead horse sweetie, it ain't never going to happen.

of course. It is called bribing. You exchange money for sex. hey, sounds more like you are trying to turn that someone into a prostitute or a gigolo.
Well, there are tricks to getting into someone head so they will notice you. Not sure about making them fall in love with you. Actually there is, you have to find what type of person interests them and mold yourself into something you are not in order to please them. Then to them, they think you are perfect and the chances of falling for you will increase. Not garantees though.
You can always resort to "Love Potions" but what happen if your kid brother gets a hold of it or you spill it on the wrong person. drama.
one more thing - If you are ugly, that can be helped with cosmetic surgery. but if you are butt ugly, then it is hopeless. justkidding

I don't believe anyone can do that. They may be able to be all that the other person wants, but it boils down to what the other person has in his past that is pushing him to look for a person to love and what all of those qualities are that he needs to 'fall in love.'

Once a lady when having a conversation with her lover, asked:
Lady : Why do you like me..? Why do you love me?
Man : I can t tell the reason.. but I really like you..
Lady : You can t even tell me the reason... how can you say you like me? How can you say you love me?
Man : I really don t know the reason, but I can prove that I loveU.
Lady : Proof? No! I want you to tell me the reason. My friend s boyfriend can tell her why he loves her but not you!
