I don't like Mourinho, for one thing he is the most arrogant manager around. He was given every managers dream in that he has an unlimited bankroll. He did have success with Porto which I applaud, but he was not dubbing himself "the special one" back then. His tactics are so boring and negative as well, he loves nothing more than to have one of his players like Drogba dive, earn a penalty and then go on to sit back for the win.
I also do not like Capello whose arrogance is surpassed only by Mourinho. He left AS Roma a few seasons ago after pretty much insulting Juventus. Then when Juventus was dropped in scandal, he left town as fast as he could.

Jose Mourinho because he is arrogant and blames every unimportant things when his team loses.he is not atall the special one Chelsea wins coz it has good players to do it.Mourinho is a big mouth.

Give u eg:crespo such a gr8 player,y he wasn't successful in chelsea but now in Inter...(did u c his goal vs.AS Roma?)& y this gr8 team (d champ) loses to Man utd?
I think he is changing football into just a score board,He is selfish & he says things that he is not really.& those kind of complaining!& naging when his team loses(e.g:we have practiced with different balls,v had addidas but this one was Nike!,they meant s.th by that!) football MUST b beautiful,thats y v love it.

Capello he alwayse leave when the team needs him most. He had alot of problems with some players and alot of players dislike him like Totti , Delpiero and many others.
