How can you find out who a screen name belongs to?

i have screen names and don,t know who they are

You can only do that if the person has their name in the directory and allows others to look them up. If they chose to not let others find them, you're outta luck.

then you have to take care, best thing to do if you dont trust that id you have is not to have private chat with them
