i want to know how and why you took revenge on someone?? it can be for any reason , a ex freiend boyfriend, friend wife husband and were you caught out ???

I have mixed feelings. It is an immediate gratification, but a long run self-esteem killer. I feel much better if I opt for the 'bigger-person' route. It feels bad at the time I am wronged to not retaliate and get them back, but I feel more adult and happy with myself and how I handled the situation after that and for a much longer time, if I can keep composed and not strike back right away.
With my Ex-wife. I had strong feelings at first about using my daughter to make her life miserable, but I didn't want to use my daughter that way. I went the exact opposite. I didn't bad-mouth my ex to my daughter. I sent her to visit and let her form her own opinion. As it turns out, my Ex did a much better job at assassinating her own character than I ever could have.

yes at first,
once apon a time someone attacked my sister,
throwing her into a pile of stones, cuting her, and brusing her.
I got another guy ( both of us over 6' and he being of moderate size) andwent looking for him
found him.
Beat him to the ground, and even kicked him after that.
He never came round again, and in fact, I don't think anyone messed with her again.
I regret the way I handled that now.
I think he should have been punished,
but I think I went way to far,
