Female circumcision originated in Africa spending far East. It is a cultural

practice/ritual. Meaning it is a custom way of life. Removing part or all of the clitoris,

leaving the female with no sexual stimulation, as a method for the female to become

sexually active before marriage. Seven days later the sacrifice of an animal is made, as

celebration of the fledgling inducted females purity. the Today it is still practiced among

countries such as Ethiopia, Kenya, and Muslim countries in Asia. There are three

diffrent forms inwhich female circumcision is performed.

Sunna Circumcision in which the tip of the clitoris and its covering are removed.
A second is Clitoridectomy where the entire clitoris, are removed.
Infibulation (also known as Pharaonic circumcision which is a clitoridectomy followed by sewing up of the vulva. Leaving two small openings to allow urine and menstrual flow to pass.
Anesthesia is rarely used with razor blades, knives, or scissors being used for the

operation which is usually performed by a midwife. If a female does not follow the

tradition left by her ancestors she is considered an outast, unpure, and ugly. The feamle

is thought to be unclean and unattractive to the male population whom seeks power

over their women.

Other forms are collectively referred to as Type five. Which is a

diverse range of practices. It can be found primarily among native

tribes and isolated ethnic groups.

Actually, it is not really circumcision, it is a complete amputation, and therefore, not even close to the term "circumcision" for a male. In a male, circumcision involves taking off the foreskin, for health or religious reasons. It is safe, offers health benefits (some believe), is hygeinic, and does not impact the male's sexual life.
For a female, it is the complete amputation of the clitoris, which means she will never be able to enjoy sex in her life, and may also die of infection, have life-long pain, etc. Most Western countries consider "female circumcision" to be torture, and a total violation of a woman's basic human rights.

We don't get circumcisions. That is only in males. Most men don't remember the pain becuase it is done at birth. But women remember the pain of child birth.

Women don't need circumcision....
the pain to a man is balanced in the way when a woman gives birth to a child.....
I guess so....
But I have heard that the extreme pain to happen to humans is to a woman when she gives birth to her child.....
