You should be able to return any merchandise in any stores in the United States if you have the receipt, and within 30-60days of purchase. And esp if the receipt didn't reflect no returns, all sales final. If there's no return, they are supposed to have signs posted on the walls visible to the public and near the cash register. Even if they have this, you would still be able to return if the merchandise is not fit or suited for its purpose or merchantability or defective. Many cases went in front of Judge Judy on this and the customer won.

<>All you can do is try. No decent store will fail to take a return, or at least issue a credit, on undamaged/unused merchandise if returned within a reasonable timeframe and with a receipt.
