Polished metals are good IR reflectors, and of all the metals, gold is the best. The gold can be just a thin layer on top of a different material. Metallized mylar (e.g. an emergancy blanket) is a good IR reflector.

If you are near a university library, see if you can check out a copy of 'The Infrared Handbook' by Wolfe and Zissis. It will have graphs showing reflectivity versus wavelength for a wide variety of materials and surfaces.

Aluminum foil.... essentially anything that reflects lights, since infra-red light is just very low wavelength light.
