He must be from a foreign country... I'm not familiar with that tradition. Sounds like you better ask him what it means, but I wouldn't take it to heart to much. Just make sure he's clear on that fact.

That isn't normal behavior. I'd be careful. How old are you and how old is he? It's obvious he wants closeness, and seeing as you just met him, you should get to know him enough to be able to be sure that he is a friend you would like to have before taking any kind of gifts or making any promises. You don't want to get yourself stuck in a situation you could have avoided by just waiting before making anything official. going by the rings, it looks like ring one was his way of saying "to me, you're a keeper. The second ring, with you accepting it, shows that you accept him and gives him the thumbs up for whatever he's thinking. Whatever it is, it's important to him cause he wants to hold you to your word (or action) with the third ring. If you gladly accept the rings then maybe you should think this through. Rings that are given shows ownership in a sense. Engagement and wedding rings shows you're someone elses, and not available. Even if it's just a nice gift to you, make sure you know what it means to him, and you're okay with it. Otherwise I recommend giving the ring(s) back and just let him know receiving a ring means a lot to you due to it's symbolism and you don't want it to lose it's importance to you by allowing a ring to be "just a little thing for everybody" and if you were to ever accept a ring, it would come from a more passionate aspect. If he takes offence to his gifts not having great meaning, just tell him the beginning of your friendship is a very exciting thing happening in your life, but you see your relationship growing so much more in the near future that you want to hold out till then, almost as if giving the rings back has an intirely different meaning to them because you hold out as you two get to know each other more, and once it happens, you and the rings will be reunited. Awww how sweet.
Course if you're controlled by greed and wont let go of the rings, just make sure you're paying attention to his FEELINGS you stur up with all this acceptance of the boy. OR do what I did when a guy from work let me take his awesome ring that spins. Display the ring as a ring, not anything more. No promises, no symbol of friendship, just don't even show him having any connection with the ring you wear. It's as significant as if it were a pair of gloves he purchased you. Allow him to only think "oh, sweet. She likes my gift. Well done, me. Well done..." when he sees you wearing it. Anywho good luck...

first of all if he buys everyone a ring then it must not be something very meaningful to him.and second please dont forget you just met him!!!give it sometime before you start getting all confused about him, its way too soon for that. if this guy is really the guy for you, trust me it will show and all things will be clear.

He is just a flirty. It’s his style to keep the girls in his pocket. Don’t get impressed so quickly to get involved with him. Better to move away from him, but the choice is yours. Still I advise you to be aware and stick with a fair distance while being with him, he may hurt you.

What country is he from? You need to ask him those questions to clear up your confusions.
