It'll hurt for a good long while. The feeling usually subsides when you get into another loving relationship.

It's human nature to see something or someone you love happier with someone else and not be slight put out. Although you have your reasons for being apart you do still have memories of the good stuff and she did have an affect on your life. Pangs of jealousy is quite normal, and you will find they dissipate after the first few initial sitings.

It's absolutely normal, buddy. Even the person who says he doesn't feel jealous is either insane or is lying. So it's but natural. I've undergone the same situation and have come to know that my ex has been engaged with a guy, but have yet to see her with him. I know I'll feel jealous inside, but I'd try to be cool in front of her. Keep your heart open n wide. Even if you barge into them, say Hi and play soberly cool. It shows that you're a mature and generous person.
Some day, your ex would think herself that you were better in some characteristics than her current bf. Even if you don't want to be friends with her again, still you'd feel good in your heart. Now that's what I call revenge!!! HeeHeeHooHoo

It's very normal, more so if you were together for a long time. It's not unhealthy either as long as it's under control. You can feel a bit jealous and also feel happy that your ex has moved on and is living a normal life (although this can be difficult if the break-up was acrimonious.) It can also help you move on yourself.

yes its ok to feel this way, as long as you dont do anything about it. Its hard to accept when someone you were with for a long time is with someone else, but at the end of the day, its for the best. As long as you dont see your ex, and spend some time going out with your mates, you'll be just fine. So dont worry about it.

You want to try going to your daughters wedding and meeting up with your wife that run out and left you with the Kidd's 17 years ago.
Your feelings go wild and range from wanting to kiss her to strangulation while trying to conduct yourself in a civilised manner so as not to spoil your daughters big day.

yes its normal especially if you were with her for a long period of time.....you might have broke up because of her behaviour, but you still had feelings for her + its the feelings that are getting to you when you see her with another guy, but what you need to remember is that you are not with her anymore + you could be with someone else.....just because you saw her with another guy doesnt mean her feelings for you have disappeared she would be the same if you were out with another girl + she saw you.
