One way would be to take a credit card and GENTLY scrape your tongue in the opposite direction than when it went in. Disclaimer: do this at your own peril!! Wishing you luck. It must hurt.

Put your tongue in a vice so you can really keep it in place, then get a torch from a body shop somewhere, if you can find one, and burn the splinter out.
Trust me, it's the only way.

i was going to suggest the stand-by method i use. i get my pocket knife and dig the meat up until it comes out with the blood. but in this case...LOL good luck

numb your tongue with ice and have someone get it with tweezers. dry your tongue first!
