At least twice a month.... Ideally once a week...
Out to dinner doesn't have to mean a fancy resturant or even a resturant.... It can be peanut butter sandwiches on a picnic bench at the park while you talk and get to know each other again...
My husband and I had an amazing date night when our youngest was 3 months old.... His parents came over to our house to babysit and we went to thier house and had 4 hours of talking and watching a movie no money spent..

It all depends on the schedules of both the husband and the wife. A good amount would be once a week.

been married for 18 1/2 years here and we still go out to dinner or something at least once a week.

At least once a week or when ever they can afford it. If not just do a picnic or something or just have some husband and wife time. You don't have to spend money just to spend time together. Find a baby sitter and have a wifey and hubby momment

Whenever possible, believe me we love it. Anything to get us out of the kitchen/house for a one on one relationship. At home it usually turns into family relationship. Dont get me wrong it is a good thing a but to keep your relationship at a date level is great. To many times the woman looses who she is when she has to be mother, wife and housekeeper. keep her happy the relationship will not fail.........

if u r too busy then once a month is ok
But u must care 4 her rather than taking her 4 dinner every night

i'd take her out probably every other night cause she rarely cooked or we would order and go home i would always joke that she never read the cook book she just looked at the pictures
