I thought i would check the company out maybe they had a website i could browse. Well it took me to this site where i found someone else received one. So i replied to the email and said i needed to verify the company exists with the local authorities before i would give any information. Dont think i will be hearing from him again.

You should know by now that every time you get an email notification from a "lottery" that you did not enter telling you that you had "won" that it is a scam. Probably now they will hack your email address and use it to send out their next 20 million scam emails.

That is fake dont get too happy that you recieved lottery.just ignore it or else you get more spam mails like that..
