Does anyone know of a really long lasting black liquid eyeliner that has a thin brush applicator, not a felt tip one? And where can I get it?

Maybelline Ultra Liner Waterproof works really well... I use it when I go clubbing and it does not smudge and it's really great for people who wear contacts. It's about $6-7 at most drug stores. It also helps to put powder on your eyes beforehand since that will help absorb oil - the main culprit for smudging.

Yes! Maybelline Ultra Liner Waterproof. I use it every day. It comes in different shades, but black is certainly one of them. It meets all your specifications. You can get it at Wal-Mart and probably many other stores. But WM is a sure thing. You might try brown-black. It's not as harsh as straight black.

Styli-style is recommended by Glamour magazine, most CVS drug stores carry it, and it really doesn't smear or come off. I have deep set eyes (aka pigeyes, according to mom) and their liner is the first one I've found that stays on my eyes past walking out the door! Also cosmeticmall.com if you want to order online.
