Well even if you read angels and demons.. things wouldn't be clear...
Antimatter is that theoratical opposite of matter which exists in our universe...
Till date scientists have found different types of energies - Dark energy, black energy, and pure energy... a different combinations of these energies is what they say forms matter, antimatter and other forms of possible 'substances.'
You ask how to change matter to antimatter? what scientists and mathematicians are trying to do is to first understand the behaviour the pure energy and give it's behaviour a mathematical understanding. Once that is done.. they'd degenerate matter and attain it's pure form of energy and then try and arrange it so as to form antimatter... it's a little weird and abstract... but very interesting

Matter and antimatter are complete opposites. You cannot change one into the other.

You can't. Antimatter is made by converting energy into it using particle accelerators.

there may b ways of converting, sooner or later man will find that, but for universe sake dont promote this converting activity as already we have converted too much of natural matter into anti-natural matter
