If you look at answers/solutions when you try/practice problems, then high chance that you won't remember. Otherwise, you have to improve on improving exam anxiety.

Learn the basic method of solving... because when you know how to solve a general problem you can use that thumb rule to solve other related problems.
Learn and try to solve 4-10 problems that will give you a perspective and build confidence too.

You might just have to keep practicing more. However, sometimes getting a tutor may help you look at the problems differently, hence easier to remember.

Try to relax during the exam. I've seen allot of intelligent people mess up because they put themselves under more pressure than they needed to.
Remember that a test is really testing the teachers job of teaching you.

At first read theory, learn main theoremas and formulas. And then try to solve your math problems.

just keep conectration on ur breath for 2 minutes before starting study every time as well as starting exam , don't breath artificaily , just concentrate on naturla breath . it realy works , i am a telecom engineer and teacher of physics, i was the topper of my class.
