In China only.
China makes cheap things, due to its labor costs.
They underpay ( should I say explode ?) their people.
They receive subsidies from the government.
They have their currency ( Yuan) undervalued, they have to re-valuate it.
Most of the things they make are just crap, useless, low quality.
If you buy something "made in China" get worried, it's bad quality, for sure.
That's why, but not in Japan, that's different.
