Our moral compass is off. Up is down. Down is up. Left is right. Right is left. In is out. Out is in. There is here. Here is there. Seriously. Look at some of the things that are going on in the world and it is obvious. It is as though logic and reasoning based upon solid facts and information don't matter any more.

I blame a lot of this back-a s s-ward-ness on political correctness. It is as though the last thing we should ever do is offend anyone. Tough love is to never to mentioned. Bullhunky!

Just as an example. The TSA's airline passenger screening process being employed in the US. All the waste that is occurring when with just a little bit of common sense, and whole lot less political correctness, we could be doing just as good a job, if not a better job, of identifying threats to the airline industry. Little old ladies are not a threat. Leave them alone. Forget the randomness employeed in the screening process. Target those that are more likely to fit a terrorist profile.

Just think through the same kind of issues as it relates to illegal immigration into the US. There is another topic that is upside down.

And then there is the Hezbollah attack on Israel and those that chose to see that as Israeli aggression. Bunk!

Chavez calling President Bush the devil at the United Nations this morning. That's the pot calling the kettle black!

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad wanting nuclear technology for energy production. Same thing North Korea said less than ten years ago. Come on.

I could go on and on but will not. I think you get my point.

We can't continue to just pretend to be stupid. There are some real issues brewing on this planet that have permanent ramifications for us and they need to be dealt with.

Another thing that has the world in disarray right now started right here at home. And trickles over into the world community.

The opposition party (Democrats and liberals) with their constant attacks on the President and his administration is an assault upon every American in this country and abroad. This all as a result of just being sore losers.

Everytime an attack is made against the President it emboldens those that want to do us harm. This is the first time our country has been at war and this type of internal bickering has gone on to this extent. Sure there was the anti-war movement during Viet Nam. But not with this jealous, petty, childish rhetoric being rampant as it is today. The Democratic leadership council should be ashamed of itself. They are gambling with the very survival of this country, and the stability of the world, to get their power back.

Much of what is going on today is seditious if not downright treasonous. And it has literally cost us lives on the battlefield. When the likes of Ted Kennedy, Nancy Pelosi, Howard Dean, Harry Reid, John Kerry, Tim Russert, Dick Durban, Katie Couric, The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, Jimmy Carter, Chuck Shummer, Charlie Rangel, et al. say the things they do challenging the war effort, it is heard loud and clear by terrorist and it gives them hope. It emboldens them to fight harder, longer and with increased intensity. Yet, they want us to believe it is the Presidents fault. These elitist insist they are smarter; they are wiser; they have all the answers. And we are too ignorant to realize what is going on. Shameful. Downright shameful. And I take it personally as an insult.

Because this is what we're stuck with. You, me and about 6.5 billion other poor souls. You'd think people could get that through their thick skulls so that we might be able to fix what's wrong with the world. This is it y'all! You don't get to pass "GO" and start going around again. Life is not a game or a dream. It is all very real. If everyone believed that this life was the only one you get, don't you think people might be a little more worried about how they live it. And what a better place we might live in! Just maybe.

Good point. we will soon. dont doubt that... Things will all change. Christians will all disappear, the world will have one currency, one ruler, and crime will drop rapidly due to tracking microchips.

Too ad that that ruler will be the antichrist, the currency will more than likely be based on the dollar or Pound. all the christians will go up to heaven. the people that canovert to christianity must hide or be killed. And the micro chips or barcodes or whatever they use will be the mark of the beast. it will damn souls to hell!

That should just kill me. I woiuld rather fight for God than take the mark.

Think about it. this world was predicted in the Bible. We hwve the earthquakes, the famines, the wars, the sexual immorality... All predicted in the Bible... makes you think, doesnt it?

Maybe someone should create a deadly virus specifically designed to target Bush family DNA. That would make the world a lot better.
