your TQ is set in your power to TQ conversion through your AT's gear to rpm ratio so you could never reach max TQ without a modified transmision or beafed up clutch box but some new transmisions can be modified with a program (thanks to computer controled transmisions)to make light work of that situation. if you are looking to push above 9000rpms then you are going to need a spark booster for better burn effic. so you can get the max power you want. And abouy your hp with porting and ya not mutch diffrence

porting and polishing doesn't involve the supercharger...

most engine heads are cast aluminum, and the air passages are simple and rough. carbon easily builds up in these passages, and causes an air obstruction. that means slightly less power, as it takes more power to suck in air. using cnc maching you can effectivly chamfer, round and smooth out the passage ways lessening friction at the air/wall contact, and also smoothing out the upper combustion chamber.

but if you're forcing air in, none of this really matters. there's less sucking and more pushing, so to speak, and wall contact friction and turbulence plays a very little role. at this point, the gains you would get from smoothing out the heads would not matter much. in a "naturally aspirated" engine (sans f.i.) the gains can be as much as a 10% increase. in your car with f.i. the gains would be a miniscule, around 3% at most. certainly not worth the price, which for your car would be around $600 in machining fees.

so the answer is no to both.
